Terms of Service. By engaging with PETRA™, donating via linked platforms, or signing up for updates, you agree to the following terms.

1. Informational Purposes

All content shared by PETRA™ — including emails, media, and communications — is provided for informational and outreach purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or financial advice.

2. Intellectual Property

All content of PETRA™ and this website—including logos, branding, written materials, graphics, and visual media—is the intellectual property of Andre Samaniego unless otherwise noted. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

3. Donations

Donations made through Aggies Create are subject to Texas A&M’s/Aggies Create’s processing and refund policies. We encourage donors to include “PETRA” as the project name to ensure funds are appropriately allocated.

4. Limitations of Liability

PETRA™ and its team are not liable for:

• Errors in external donation platforms
• Technical issues with email delivery
• Third-party use of shared data beyond our control
